Summary:
The Leon County Research and Development Authority (“Authority”), through Architects
Lewis+Whitlock (“ALW”), is requesting sealed Bids for construction of the North Florida Innovation Labs at Innovation Park Tallahassee, a +/- 40,000 GSF two-story high-tech business incubator building. Bids shall be due 2:00 PM (Eastern Time), February 15, 2022.
Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend a pre-bid conference to be held at the Authority’s Collins Building, Seminar room, 2051 E Paul Dirac Drive, Tallahassee, Florida, at 10:00 AM on January 25, 2022. The conference will be made available for virtual attendance via a link posted below.
All future communications regarding the bid between interested firms and the Authority shall be limited to written communications directed to ALW’s contact email at sgoodwin@think3d.net.

The U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration is providing partial funding for this project (EDA Investment No. 04-79-07447).
