Tallahassee, Fla. – The Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County is hosting its Renewable Energy & Environment Roundtable on Tuesday, August 25, 2015

This breakfast networking opportunity will allow for discussion on the importance of energy to small businesses with Algenon Cash, National Director of Minority Engagement for America’s Energy Forum.  America’s Energy Forum is a non-partisan community of concerned citizens committed achieving energy security for our country and holding elected officials more accountable in shaping energy policies.  Mr. Cash will discuss his experiences as a small business owner in North Carolina and why he believes energy is critical to all businesses.  He will address the country’s current and future energy resources and ongoing energy policy battles in Washington, the recent energy renaissance America has enjoyed as well as why all segments of the population should be engaged in the topic of energy – a major factor in the economy, job creation and business.
