The Bylaws Committee reviews and recommends changes as needed to the Bylaws of the Authority, the bylaws of any committees, the Charter of the Authority and of any other governing documents on an annual basis. The Bylaws Committee can meet more frequently if needed.

Bylaws issues will be addressed by the Executive Committee. A Bylaws Committee will be formed should an extensive review of the bylaws be necessary.
