To Lead New $17 Million Facility Under Development
Innovation Park of Tallahassee announced today that Bill Lickson will be its new Director of North Florida Innovation Labs which currently operates in the Collins Building in Innovation Park. A new $17-million-dollar facility is in the development phase and is slated to open in 2023.
“We’re excited about Bill Lickson’s addition to the team at Innovation Park,” said Ron Miller, Executive Director. “Bill has been actively involved in startups for over a decade in our community and across the country, and most recently served as the Executive Director of Tallahassee business incubator Domi Station. His expertise and natural sense of collaboration, community, and team building within the entrepreneurial ecosystem will be critical as we build a world-class facility and programs within North Florida Innovation Labs at Innovation Park.” added Miller.
Lickson will lead the new state-of-the-art facility which will combine wet labs, dry labs, fabrication spaces, prototype development, and coworking for technology-based businesses. North Florida Innovation Labs will be unique in our region in its ability to help businesses bring needed technologies to the market.
