Executive Committee

The Executive Committee includes the Board of Governors Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and, if available, the  Immediate Past Chair.  The Executive Committee meets at the call of the Chair.  If the Executive Committee exercises the power of the Authority, the committee shall seek ratification of its actions at the next meeting of the Board.
